Of all you old timers including me remember the Snake and the Mongoo$e match races at your local drag strip.... Well they are making a Movie about them...

Snake & Mongoose Film Moves Forward.

Drag Racing prepares to return to the big screen after a 30 yr absence. Rhino Films & Storywise Productions have acquired life-story rights from Don Prudhomme & Tom McEwen and partnered with NHRA to produce a movie about their years in one of the world's most thrilling sports on and off the track.

Principal shooting to start by fall 2011, with an antcipated release date in summer 2012 commemorating the 40th anniversary of the The Snake and the Mongoose's parnership with Mattel.

Hope it turns out the way Don & Tom want it, as for myself, these were the days of hardcore racing (no multi member teams) hope the movie reflects that..!

I heard there's a script,

already written & approved by Pam herself. To be titled "Jungle Luv" the problem is that they have no investors..! If I had money or won the lotto, I'd make the film just because it would be a kewl thing to do that..!
