Thanks Fuelish,
Nice pics & glad to see you all attended this as Darryl noticed who was & wasn't there. Yes I missed this year due to scheduling changes at work. Darryl was not able to raise much money for Victory Junction Camp this year but still plans to continue the NNL next year (maybe in a new location). Hope you all enjoyed yourselves & will continue to attend...Hizoot

It was a good show and although there may have been a few absences, the models on the tables were very nice. Everything I looked at was really nice and Fuelishes photos show the quality on the tables. The cause is a worthy one and I'm glad to hear Darryl is planning to continue the show. It was worth the drive.

Fuelish,
Did you happen to get any pics of the juniors?

Art... At the time of the show... I did not see any table plaquereds identifying the junior class... I guess you show up... And place your builds where you want them... It was diffucult to pin point exactly what builds were in the junior class... "Simply No" I did not shoot the Junior Class... 3.2.1. Fuelish

Thanks, Fuelish, for the response, and Brian for the pic. That's what I was looking for. The model in front was a one-day build my son, Matthew, did on Saturday so he could participate Sunday. Obviously, it's a low part-count snap kit, but he painted it and stripped the chrome and painted that too and it looks pretty cool. I don't have a camera at the moment so I couldn't get any pics.

I woundn't say the place was crowded. there was close to three hundred models there and yes they were quality builds. A tv cameraman and some great deals on models at the swap meet area. We did not walk around the corner to eat, we drove. strip joint wasn't blacked out, the hobby shop was open. want else could anybody ask for? Oh yea the weather was Greeeeaaaat!!!!!!! All in all I had a great time, the people at the show were very friendly. I think with a little more advertising this could be a super show. For sure I will be there to support this show next year. I didn't have a model ready for this show but I wasn't going to let that stop me from supporting it. Bob
