I need your help..!

Hello Everyone,

Recently I discovered that we had a couple of shows that I either didn't remember or didn't know about. I'm referring to the IPMS Orange-Con show & Oaky Als' show. I wish we could get more people posting this kind of information as everyone would like to know (myself included). After all that's what we'll all about here, the exchange of model car related info. from kits, to parts, to shows & contest(s).

So if you have something you know about, please share it with the rest of us as we may not know what you do. I'm not pointing fingers & I include myself in this as well... However as most of you know, I've been pursuing my career & it's taken off again in a big way, this leaves me much less time for this or any other board. I don't expect to attend all these events but it's not just for me but for you as well.

Please sign up & or post your info., ideas or actions here to share with all of us. I don't think that's too much to ask, do you..?

I have asked several times about this, as I do not belong to or know of any other boards, so my only source of info is here. Shows/contests use to be put on this board in a timely manner.
Since I now live in NW Arkansas I would like too know about up coming CA, AZ & NV shows soon enough to make plans for not only shows but visits also

You have a point. I'll be the first to fess up and admit I (for one) have not been as "on top of it" as I usually am. Like you work has been plenty full. With that being said, I am aware of a few shows coming up and as soon as I gather all the particulars, I'll Post the info. (shouldn't be too long).

First off,

Let me start by saying thank you for the positive attitude(s) & support you guys are showing here as it would be so very easy to blow this off.

Jim's not the only person who uses only this site & nothing else, I know of some lurkers who are in his situation & I hope they will join us soon. I hope & ask that the people who are active on this board encourage others to participate or re-participate.

I'm not asking that you all stop by daily & chat about nothing or revile your top secret contest winner & I'm not trying to grow this into a 10,000 member forum with flaming arguments & spam..!

I simply want for people to sign up & speak or ask about what's going on in the modeling community & or how it affects them. Yes I know it takes time & effort to research subjects or to post photos but it's a great opportunity to get practice at both. I don't care if your photos are perfect or crap, just shoot..! Just remember the old cliche' "the extra mile is not that far."

Ok I'll shut up but not before I remind everyone that this is not my board or Fuelish but it's yours to enjoy..!

I agree this is everybody's website Lurker or active I am guilty myself for not updating on my projects, I hope to change that soon.
This is a good place to visit (no negative vibes from people here) that is why this is the first place I visit.
