I've been told that Jack Davis has passed away this last weekend & while I don't know from what cause(s) or how old he was or any other details, I'm sure we'll hear more about his departure.
What I can tell you is that Jack built a number of inspirational models & was considered to be an innovator by creating some of the first detailed curbside models we still build today. He had an exhaust header company for many years & seemed to be a true gearhead & mentor to many.
