The LLCNNL for 2014 is going to be held on August 16, 2014. The theme this year is Motorcycle

Carlsbad, Ca.
Hours - 9:00am - 3:00pm
Entry Fee - $10.00 up to 10 entries, $1.00 each additional entry
Spectators $2.00 ages 17 and older (as of August 1st), Juniors under 17 (as of August 1st) are free
This is a fundraiser for Victory Junction. A worthwhile show for many reasons.

I'm going to have Pro Tech braided wire and a bunch of their other good stuff for sale down there, so if there is anything specific any of you may want, let me know and if I don't have it I'll order it before I go.

Well everyone, this show is just under two weeks away now, and based on the feedback I received when talking to some other area builders on Saturday, it would appear that there are quite a few planning on attending. Soo, for "grins a giggles" I thought I would ask those planning on attending to chime in. This is a good show that benefits a really good cause (Plus I wanted to "bump" the post)
I am also told there is a museum nearby that houses a collection of scale engines that actually work, and a few are planning on popping over there for a bit to check it out (Fuelish and Milt know more about the museum than I do).
So chime in if you plan on going, Darryl, Kurt and the others involved work hard on this show. and who knows, you might even get your build photographed by Model Cars?

I'm kinda thru building, lost interest a little.
Unfortunately my two grandsons (16 & 22) are not remotely interested in model building
so I would like to get ride of stuff, engine detailing, paint for airbrushing, two part clear, etch.

OMM,
Glad to hear your coming to the show. Sorry to hear you have lost interest a little in building. Your builds are always fun to see, and your good at it. We all go through phases or bouts of "builders block" or loss of interest from time to time. Hope you aren't planning on stopping entirely.
