Hey check this out route 66 flyer includes model car contest,I just got this out of the sports section of the press enterprise MAY 18-07.Looks like SEPT will be a busy month with crusin for a cure as well,Rusty is there any other info you can add about specifics to the model car show?Maybe a flyer specific to the modelcar contest,maybe get scale auto involved or modelcars mag,let us know how we can help. Brain,
You are correct in assuming the web site is not totally accurate. I am in the process of finalizing this years information. As soon as I can I will post it ( I'm shooting for next week sometime).
I can say that we will be back in the Carousel Mall on the upper level next to the Information Booth again. There will be some small adjustments to the model classes, and for sure 1 new award (I have had several requests for a "modelers choice" award so I will try it and see how it goes). A vision For you and other members of Kitbashers has agreed to pitch in so we will again be holding a "Make And Take" for the kids (Thanks Rob).
And as all of you know we are still looking for trophy sponsorships. If interested please let me know.

Sounds like a go to me,were is the route 66 modelcar website,Rusty I will be happy to sponsor 1 class and peoples choice sounds like a good idea,what about small scale?anyhow news ad for route 66 looks great and the mall is great location again,looking forward to more info.
