Alclad

I saw this tip on the Hobby Heaven board a couple of days ago.

The author said to shoot the Alclad over a medium blue. I tried it today and it turned out pretty nice. Maybe we could get the author to put it on this board?

I laid it down over Pep Boys Royal Blue enamel. I then laid down some Top Coat Clear to boost the shine. After that I lay down the Alclad. Make sure to keep it agitated the entire time you shoot. I put it down in light coats. I did not wait long between coats. This stuff seems to dry fast. It is very durable after it dries. It looks way better than over black. I am also in the process of trying some other colors to see what happens. I will let you know when I get the results.

I tried it (alclad) over testors black n blue pearl. I thought it came out quite well. After a few days, i topcoated it with future floor coating with no dulling of the finish
