Header Collectors

Hey All, Here is a way I make header collectors. I take plastic rod that matches the diameter of the header. I then grind one end of the rod to a quarter round shape and taper that up to the full round shape at the other end. You can make them as long as you want. Here is a link to a picture of a set of headers in progress.

Thanks for the link and the information. I think you just solved a delema for me.

Here is another tip. I found it to be easier to sand the rod while still in one piece. Grind at the angle you want to get your desired length. After that is done then cut the piece from the rod. It is much easier to handle that way.
