This is a Imai 1/12 softail custom kit. The tank is scratchbuilt ,the frame is modified into a rigid ,the fork is from the AMT shaker trike.   |

Spring, first welcome to the board. Your choppers are GREAT! Here are some that you may enjoy This one is an old Revell kit from 1967. I made a new tank from a later model Harley that I reshaped. this one is really old school. the chrome was horrible so after sub assembly everything was shot with alclad.  This one is one of the new revell kits. I shortened the down tubes, arched the top tube, reshaped the tank and bobed the fenders. I also made the springs for the seat and scratched the handlebars. the cables are varios guages of guitar string. there is a lot of alclad on this one too.  |
