This is a real simple project...I bought this at a swap meet for 10 bucks. Originally my plans were to strip the paint and completely refinish her. I took a rag and some laquer thinner and started removing the ugly-ass graphics being very careful not to get thinner on the windows. the results were stunning as all I needed to do after that was polish it back out.I then detailed the tires with decals and Tamiya Flat Clear on the wheels to give them a aluminum look. The car was then decaled wih the Pisano Bros from Slixx and there you have it...Easy huh...

Again,thanks ...I plan to do another one of these now that Flash Point Resins has their Vette available. Next one will have blower motor and lots of detail...I keep you posted...Hickspanic

That is one sweet model. If you are going to the show this weekend in SD. You might want to check out some of my resin stuff. I have a few items that would work out great with your next Pro Mod Vette. I like the color. Nice restore. ;D Matt
