Hey guys,
I just wanted to get the word out early about a theme for next years show so those interested can start planning and building.
I was approached last night by the Inland Empire GTO club. Next year is their 25th anniversary. They would like to sponsor a GTO themed class in 2010. This class would be judged by some of their club members , not by the judging staff.
Maybe this will be the beginning of a theme class at this show, who knows, but it sounded like fun and so we are going to give it a try.
There will also be some category additions next year, not sure what they will be yet, so if you have any suggestions PM me with them.
The last item I have is, due to the success of the Make-n-Take this last go round, Blackhawk Protection, as well as some others, have committed to doing it even bigger and better, and next year we will have tables for the kids and their parents to build their kits on.
There may also be some other changes to the show next year, but they are in their infancy at this point.
Thanks to those who were able to volunteer and help out this last year and the years prior, you should get applications in the mail next year. If you don't please let me know. If anyone else is interested in volunteering PM me, I think we might need a few more bodies.
