Time for an up-date, Started instrument console which will hold water and temp gauges plus I'm guessing fuel shut-off and starter switch. this console will go between drivers legs mounted to steering box brace and bottom frame brace.

Thanks DJ, I got some paint on the body last week. Body is from the Revel Blue Max Mustang, I filled in the blower cut-out, lowered the rear spoiler, and cut out the filled in rear window so I can install clear glass later. Enjoy. Bob

Ok, got the Flu and feel like shite, but at least it gives me time to share photos. Iv'e done about all I can do to the chassiss for now, So I have to start on the engine before I can install what appears to me to be a fragile front axle. As you can see some of the tin work is done, fuel and water, parachute, and fuel shut off lines installed. Thanks for looking. Bob

Here is start of engine. As you can see in previous photos, I have already located the engine, now it's time to fab the headers, this took hours to do then when I mocked in the bay it wouldn't work. If you ever had to fab headers you khow what I mean. The headers behind the engine were ok but, the expose headers needed to be tweaked, well once you quater turn the pipe it's to short and screws up the other pipes in appearance, so I had to redo the four front pipes another three hours! But it was still fun and challenging! I think I have it right now but I won't know till final tune-up. Enjoy, Bob.

I agree Bob,
Congratulations on your photo as we don't see too much of you in the mags... But when we do, it's well worth it ! Looks good but I'd paint the engine cradle the same color as the frame the engine block black. But that's just me & it may not match the reproduction exactly.Hizoot
