By now you probably knew i am a radio control racing freak.This weekend , I have been racing at the MHRA / ROAR West Coast Drag Racing Championships at the Orange Show Fairgrounds in San Bernardino, Ca. I had not run a car on a scale drag strip since 1996 at our old Frontier Town Dragstrip. I built a electric 10 scale dragster and on mt very first pass since 1996, I ran a ET of 1.87 at an actual 82 MPH. As of tonite, I am the #1 qualifier in my class with a 1.80 ET and a RT of.006 with one more qualifier to go on Sunday. I am having a ton of fun. f any of you KBers want to check this out, the last qual is at 10am Sunday with Final Elimination in al classes at 12noon, The track is located behind the Off Track Betting Building on Arrowhead Ave.Come on out and have some fun and cheer me on...Hickspanic

Wow, Too bad for me I didn't see this post sooner, I would have really liked to come watch. Hope you did well Sunday and good to see you are out and about.

to update all, the Hickspanic remained #1 qualifier and went on to win Finals in Comp Eliminator

Oh by the way, the next race is on Saturday May 15 but I will not be there as I will be in Tempe, Az
watching ASU take on Washington Huskies in womens PAC 10 softball...Tom
