Hey Bob, Hope all is well with you & everyone else out there..! The only real "secret" on this would be that the tires & wheels are airplane tail wheels made by Du-Bro. They come in all different shapes & sizes & are inexpensive (about $2.50 - $4.00 for set of 2) that's both tires & wheels..! I got mine at Pegasus BUT I'm sure they have them at most all hobby shops, even Busy Bee..!
As for paint, I'm old school & use HOK lacquers polar white & euro red in this case. The pin stripe black was with a rapidograph or illustrators pen that you can buy at Michael's Art Supply.
The decals I made myself, I'm not thrilled with them but they're good enough & not hard to work with. The interior was sprayed with Tamiya flat tan & I made custom seat belts for it...Hizoot
